During my lecture with Oil Royce, I was intrigued by the use of Networking as a textile designer, before now I didn’t see much value to networking as I have always seen it as a means for affiliate marketer use to sell their products, But after this lecture, I see it differently, having to understand that most jobs that designers get these days are through networking and I believe as a designer networking is very vital and will enable you to sell and put yourself out there. In general, this module has made me realize how very important networking is to a designer.
Content
Oli Royce talked about how good content creation is one of the important tools for a designer. Having Good Content is vital for any designer, but now I didn’t know that after this module, I have realized knowing how powerful good content can help grow one as a designer, and in truth, every designer needs good content as what carries you is your work, having said that I think going forward I would dedicate more of my time and energy to creating and give good content for my work visibility.
